RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product or just changed your mind......

  • If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging. Please contact me by email at contact@ayagreenskincare.com and I will give you either the full refund on the cost of the product or you can exchange the product for a different one. I will only refund the cost of the product and not the cost of the delivery.

If the product is faulty or you were sent the wrong item....

  • If the product is faulty or you were sent the wrong item you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me by email at contact@ayagreenskincare.com and   I will give you either the full refund on the cost of the product or you can exchange the product for a different one. I will also refund the cost of the delivery and the postage costs of sending the item back.
